Culture in actionIn the Commercial team, we love a bit of healthy competition! One of my favorite memories was a massive sales incentive back in 2023. All four account management teams were driving to bank the highest saves and revenue. When my team won, the atmosphere was electric. We celebrated with an incredible team meal at Gaucho—and honestly, we still talk about that win today. It’s those moments of collective celebration that make the hard work worth it.
