Manager Training Programme
We spent months finding and designing a leadership development offering with Archipelo. Working with Ross and Gary, building on Damian Hughes' High Performance model - if you've listened to The High Performance Podcast, you'll know the thinking.
We landed on a six-month programme co-designed with our managers rather than at them. They were interviewed before the sessions were designed, and completed psychometric assessments to understand themselves better, so the content answers what they actually wrestle with day to day and what's going to make the biggest impact for them.
By the end, every manager at Cazoo will have written their own leadership principles. Not ours. Theirs. The standards they want to be held to, in their own words.
We're trying to change the way things have always been done, and you don't get there with managers who lead by default. You get there with managers who lead on purpose.
