The drive to improve

I was originally drawn to Cazoo by the chance to create real efficiencies in a fast-moving environment. Since joining, that has been my daily reality. I’ve had the opportunity to deliver major Salesforce automations, lead 13 cross-functional process improvements, and build our Trust & Safety function from the ground up. There is never a shortage of complex problems to solve here, which is exactly what keeps me motivated.

What is an area where you've delivered in your role that you look back on with pride?

When I joined, there was no formal Trust & Safety function. Rather than waiting for a perfect plan, we just got to work. By the end of 2025, we had integrated new content moderation tech and ensured compliance with the Online Safety Act. The results speak for themselves:

The value that resonates most with me is Fearless. In Trust & Safety, being fearless isn’t optional.
