Cazoo All Hands — March 2026

📍 Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford

Company All Hands
March 2026

Once a quarter, the entire Cazoo business stops, comes together, and takes stock. This edition was no different — and what a setting to do it in.

We believe there's something genuinely powerful about being in the same room. Whether you're in tech, operations, commercial, or anything in between, these moments remind you that you're part of something bigger than your team or your inbox. Our quarterly All Hands is exactly that — a chance to reflect on where we've been, align on where we're going, and spend time with the people making it happen.

This quarter, we took over the Gtech Community Stadium home of Brentford FC and one of the Premier League's most exciting clubs. A fitting backdrop for a business that's not afraid to back itself and take on the odds.

On the day

The agenda was packed. We looked back at our performance over the last quarter the wins, the learnings, and what the numbers are telling us. We looked forward at what's ahead and what we need to do to get there. We welcomed some new faces to the Cazoo family. And we brought the whole business into the room for a conversation that matters.

🎉 We launched our new Cazoo values

This All Hands marked a significant moment, the unveiling of our new values that define who we are, how we work, and the culture we're committed to building together.

Keynote speaker

One of our commitments at Cazoo is developing leaders at every level and nothing brings that to life quite like hearing from someone who has spent their career studying what great leadership and high performance actually look like.

🎙 Co-host, The High Performance Podcast

Professor Hughes delivered a keynote that genuinely stayed with the room. Drawing on his research in organisational psychology and his work with some of the world's highest-performing teams, his session explored what it really takes to build and sustain high performance not as a moment, but as a way of operating.

A few ideas that landed:

1

High performers ask better questions. They don't pretend to have all the answers they're relentlessly curious. The quality of the questions you ask shapes the quality of the outcomes you get.

2

Sustainable change doesn't come from fear, force, or facts alone. It comes from understanding people their motivations, their environment, and what's really driving their behaviour.

3

Progress is a journey, not a moment. From dream to leap, fight, climb, and arrival each stage requires a different mindset and a different conversation.

Until next time

Days like this are a reminder of what we're building and who we're building it with. The energy in the room, the conversations in the breaks, the new faces and familiar ones, that's the culture we talk about. We do this every quarter because we believe that showing up together, in person, matters.

If you're curious about what it's like to be part of a team that takes this seriously, we'd love to hear from you.
